Your data is yours. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have. ProposalBolt is built privacy-first, with an India data-residency option.
Account details you provide (name, email, company) and the content of the proposals you create.
Usage data such as logins and feature usage, used to improve the product.
Payment information is processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant providers (Razorpay, Stripe); we never store full card numbers.
To provide and improve the service, send transactional emails, and offer support.
We never sell your data, and we never train shared models on your private content without consent.
Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We are SOC 2 Type II and offer India data residency.
You can export or delete your data at any time from account settings, or by emailing privacy@proposalbolt.com.
